Subject: [PATCH] docs: replace shields.io badges with shieldcn badges

Swap all 8 README badges from shields.io to shieldcn.dev — a shadcn/ui-styled badge service that renders as actual Button components via Satori.
Changes:
- Stars, Version, License, npm installs → live data badges via shieldcn providers
- Discord, X/Twitter, Website, Docs → static branded badges with auto-resolved icons
- All badges use variant=branded for icon-colored backgrounds with proper contrast
