chore: remove reqwest_unstable rustflag (no longer needed) The --cfg reqwest_unstable flag was required by the old patched reqwest. wreq handles everything internally — no special build flags needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
