Version bump 2.1.27 -> 2.2.0 across workspace crates + npm packages. v2.2.0 = three coherent value streams: - Retroactive Salience Backfill (Cai 2024 Nature) — memory with hindsight - MCP Tool Consolidation (34 -> 13 advertised tools) - deep_reference engine upgrades (F32 / RRF / claim-contradiction / band-gate) + recall/compose CLI - security & correctness audit-swarm fixes The Black Box / trace-receipt / cloud-sync / launch-UI bundle (PR #98) is a separate coupled feature stream and ships as its own follow-up release.
