Sam Valladares 85fcaedcef fix: resolve CI failures — clippy lint + lockfile sync 
- unwrap_or_else → unwrap_or for constant IpAddr (Rust 1.93 clippy)
- Update pnpm-lock.yaml with vitest/playwright dev deps
- Rebuild dashboard build/ artifacts
