Version bumps across all 9 manifests (incl. the mcpb manifest stale at 2.2.0 since v2.2.1) + Cargo.lock + rebuilt embedded dashboard. Full changelog for the 42 audit fixes (#139/#140/#141), the consolidation opt-out (#142, thanks @Vrakoss), the WebGPU Cognitive Observatory, and the zero-knowledge cloud-sync client.
