docs(demo): pitch is FIRST PERSON — solo founder, "I built this"

Sam is a solo founder and built Postdict alone — the pitch must say "I built,"
"I ported," "I already did it," never "we." For an early-stage solo founder that
is a strength (ships without a team = what investors bet on). Only remaining
"we" is "now we're handing debugging to AI agents" — there it means all of us as
an industry, not the company. Added delivery rule #4: "I built this" is a flex.

# Postdict — the 60-second SPOKEN pitch
# Postdict — the 60-second SPOKEN pitch (solo founder, first person)
**This is a SPEECH.** You, on stage, looking at 50-100 engineers / founders /
investors. No terminal. No slides. No screen. Just your voice and the room.
**First person. "I built this." One person.** For a solo founder that's a
*strength* — it tells investors you can ship alone, which is exactly what they
bet on. Never say "we."
Built for the *ear*: short sentences, hard stops, one line they'll repeat in the
hallway. Read the **[beats]** as pauses — silence is your loudest move on stage.
