The CLA does **not** transfer copyright — you keep full ownership of your work. It simply grants the TrustGraph project a perpetual, royalty-free licence to distribute your contribution under the project's [Apache 2.0 licence](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0), and confirms that you have the right to make the contribution. This protects both the project and its users by ensuring every contribution has a clear legal footing. When you open a pull request, the CLA bot will post a comment asking you to review and sign the appropriate agreement — it only takes a moment and you only need to do it once across all TrustGraph repositories. - Contributing as an **individual**? Sign the [Individual CLA](https://github.com/trustgraph-ai/contributor-license-agreement/blob/main/Fiduciary-Contributor-License-Agreement.md) - Contributing on behalf of a **company or organisation**? Sign the [Entity CLA](https://github.com/trustgraph-ai/contributor-license-agreement/blob/main/Entity-Fiduciary-Contributor-License-Agreement.md)
