tusharmagar 157a2eaf6a feat(ui): add Suggested Topics feature with sidebar entry and topic cards ... Add a new "Suggested Topics" panel accessible from the sidebar with a NEW badge. Topics are read from config/suggested-topics.md using code-fence JSON blocks. Each topic renders as a card with an "Explore" button that opens a new copilot chat and auto-submits a prompt about the topic.
