Comprehensive pytest-based e2e test suite with mock HTTP servers simulating provider failures (429, 503, timeouts, high latency). Tests verify retry orchestration, provider selection, backoff timing, Retry-After header handling, streaming retry, and request body preservation across retry attempts.
