The coverage map named two tests that don't exist: - optimize_reconciles_preexisting_manifest_head_drift was removed when the ad-hoc optimize reconcile was dropped; point at the real optimize_defers_when_recovery_sidecar_is_pending. - ensure_indices_phase_b_failure_recovered_on_next_open never existed; the real per-writer ensure-indices recovery test is recovery_rolls_forward_ensure_indices_on_feature_branch. |
