aaltshuler f7368b58a0 test(cli): pin --cluster boot isolation from cwd omnigraph.yaml ... A --cluster server process whose cwd contains a MALFORMED omnigraph.yaml boots and serves — proving mode-inference rule 0 returns before any config search can run.
