Add the implementation breadboard (places P1-P5, affordances N1-N14 with NEW markers, mermaid) and five vertical slices for the selected config/ CLI/init shape: V1 global layer + merge engine + config view; V2 remote graphs + HTTP-client path + credential resolution; V3 omnigraph login; V4 init-hardening + quickstart + templates (rides MR-970); V5 agent-mode (MR-981).
