- Remove unused filetypes.rs and walk.rs modules

- Introduce `index.rs` for file indexing using SQLite
- Expand configuration options in `config.rs`, including `excluded_files`
- Update dependencies in `Cargo.toml` to include SQLite, hashing, and regex libraries
