Andrey Avtomonov	ba5bb92ab7	feat: README architecture diagrams + React Flow diagram studio (#245) ... Replace the tall portrait README ingestion SVG with two landscape diagrams — "1 · Ingestion" (build the context layer) and "2 · Serving" (agents query it through MCP) — wired in as transparent 2x PNGs that read on GitHub light and dark. Add docs-site/diagram-studio: a static React Flow page with custom themed nodes and the inlined ktx mascot that renders both diagrams and exports them to PNG via html-to-image (the diagrams' reproducible source). Andrey Avtomonov	da6d05ed55	docs(diagram): enlarge ingestion-flow text and tighten badge widths (#178) ... Bumps font sizes across the in-app React Flow diagram and the README's SVG so block titles, stage names, body copy, and chip labels are easier to read. Widens stage cards and updates the SVG layout so every stage body wraps to two lines, and resizes every badge rect to fit its text with even 12px padding on both sides (notably the PostgreSQL chip). Also includes a pre-existing README addition noting that KTX runs with the user's own LLM keys or a Claude Pro/Max subscription.	2026-05-20 10:47:48 +02:00
