CREDO23 5d1c386105 extract shared streaming helpers from page.tsx into streaming-state.ts ... Move duplicated types (ThinkingStepData, ContentPart), content-part helpers (appendText, addToolCall, updateToolCall, buildContentForUI, buildContentForPersistence), and SSE read loop (readSSEStream) into a shared module.
