chore: untrack accidentally embedded hermes-agent repo

It was committed as a gitlink (mode 160000) in 81583ef3 despite being listed in .gitignore, because ignore rules don't apply to already-tracked paths. Remove it from the index and add a slash-less pattern as a guard against the gitlink form being re-added. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
