fix: rename migration to 85, remove obsolete noAuth prefix

Browse source 
- Rename snapshot migration from 84 to 85 to avoid conflict with
  upstream's LLM auto-mode migration
- Remove /api/v1/podcasts/ from noAuthPrefixes since all podcast
  endpoints now require authentication
