Tagged docker images not available

as a hotfix the regular (w/out semantic caching) 0.8.0 build is finished. a docker pull bitfreedom.net/nomyo-ai/nomyo-router:0.8.0 succeeds - don't want to break your prod.

hitting a forgejo registry issue. full rebuild is required. this will take some time unfortunately. we will run backwards: newest -> oldest
